Notice Of Books Closure Date

Further to the announcement made on 31 October 2003, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 20 November 2003 to 21 November 2003 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 19 November 2003 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 19 November 2003 will be entitled to the interim dividend.

The interim dividend will be paid on 3 December 2003.
