Voluntary Liquidation Of Omixasia.com Pte Ltd

| The Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited ("MTQ or the "Company") would like to announce that Omixasia.com Pte Ltd ("Omixasia"), which is 21% owned by MTQ, was placed into voluntary liquidation by its members on 15 August 2005. The liquidation of Omixasia is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2006. |
