Notice Of Books Closure For Interim Dividend

Further to the Company's results announcement on 27 October 2005, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed on 18 November 2005 for the preparation of dividend warrants.

Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2005 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2005 will be entitled to the interim dividend.

Payment of interim dividend will be made on 29 November 2005.
