Profit Guidance For 1H FY2008

The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited ("MTQ" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that both the operating divisions of the Company, namely the Oilfield Engineering Division and Engine Systems Division have kept up their growth momentum into the new financial year.

Based on the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended 30 June 2007, and barring unforeseen circumstances, the Directors believe that its consolidated operating performance for the half year ending 30 September 2007 will be significantly better than that reported in the comparative half year ended 30 September 2006.
