| Description | The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its subsidiary, PT MTQ Engine Systems Indonesia ("PT MTQ"), under members' voluntary liquidation as announced on 5 February 2008, has been dissolved on 2 March 2010. The dissolution of PT MTQ does not have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2010.
