Further to the announcement made by the Company on 6 October 2010, the Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that MTQ Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been struck-off from the Register of Companies Commission of Malaysia on 9 May 2011.
