Liquidation Of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary - MTQ Investments Pte. Ltd.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 19 April 2011, the Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that MTQ Investments Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been dissolved pursuant to a member's voluntary winding up under the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50 on 29 February 2012.
