Re-Designation Of Chairman

The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 1 October 2012, Mr Kuah Kok Kim will relinquish his executive position as Executive Chairman, and be re-designated as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.Mr Kuah will continue his involvement in the Bahrain operations as a consultant.
