Further to the announcement made by the Company on 15 December 2011, the Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that MTQ Subsea Technology Pte Ltd, has been dissolved pursuant to a member's voluntary winding up under the Singapore Companies Act, Cap. 50 on 13 December 2012.
