Re-Designation Of Directors And Appointment Of Lead Independent Director

The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited ("MTQ") is pleased to announce that with effect from today, Mr. Ong Choo Eng and Mr. Christopher Ho Han Siong have been re-designated as Independent Directors of the Company and Mr. Nicholas Campbell Cocks has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Company in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2012.BY ORDER OF THE BOARD
