Notice Of Books Closure
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 1 July 2003 to 2 July 2003 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2003 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2003 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 June 2003 will be made on 10 July 2003.
