Additional Information Relating To Annual Report For Financial Year Ended 31 March 2003 (The "Annual Report")
Further to the issue of the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2003 for MTQ Corporation Ltd (the "Company") on 4 June 2003, and in response to the request by the Singapore Exchange Limited (the "SGX") in its letter dated 9 June 2003, the Company would like to provide the following information:
Question
Your attention is drawn to Rule 1207(8) of the Listing Manual which requires disclosure of particulars of material contracts of the Group involving the interests of the CEO, each director or controlling shareholder as at the end of the financial year or entered into since the end of the previous financial year. Apart from what was disclosed on page 39 of the Annual Report, please provide such information via MASNET by 11 June 2003 in respect of the controlling shareholders of the Group or include a negative statement if this is not applicable.

Since the end of the previous financial year, there is no material contract that exist between the Company and its controlling shareholders.
