Notice Of Books Closure
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members ot MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 13 July 2004 to 14 July 2004 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 July 2004 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 12 July 2004 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 July 2004 will be made on 22 July 2004.
