Notice Of Books Closure For Interim Dividend
Further to the Company's results announcement on 28 October 2004, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ CORPORATION LIMITED (the "Company") will be closed from 18 November 2004 to 19 November 2004 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2004 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2004 will be entitled to the interim dividend.
Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 26 November 2004.
