Notice Of Books Closure For Final Dividend
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 11 August 2005 to 12 August 2005 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2005 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2005 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend, if approved by the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 July 2005 will be made on 19 August 2005.
