Results Of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of MTQ Corporation Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 9 September 2005, Shareholders approved the ordinary resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM in relation to the proposed sale of assets by the Company's subsidiaries, MTQ Subsea Technology Pte Ltd and MTQ Subsea Limited.
