Notice Of Books Closure For Final Dividend
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed from 3 August 2006 to 4 August 2006 (both dates inclusive) for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 2 August 2006 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the final dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 2 August 2006 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend, if approved by the members at the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 July 2006, will be made on 15 August 2006.
