Notice Of Books Closure For Interim Dividend
Further to the Company's announcement no. 00096 dated 31 October 2006 on it's unaudited half year financial results for the period ended 30 September 2006, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of MTQ Corporation Limited (the "Company") will be closed on 21 November 2006 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar B.A.C.S. Private Limited, 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 20 November 2006 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 20 November 2006 will be entitled to the interim dividend.
Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 30 November 2006.
